A micro blog for a micro valve

ACS Valves’ 25th product has arrived!
Introducing the Micro-Ingredient Valve. It’s designed specifically for testing and measuring small batches more accurately than standard valves.
The Micro-Ingredient Valve earns its name. As you can see, it’s not much longer (or wider) than the length of a pen. In other words, it’s very small! Why did we make a micro-valve? Because the small size makes it the ideal choice for test systems and metering small amounts of an ingredient to a larger batch. Available in sizes 1.5 inches, 2 inches, 2.5 inches and 3 inches, the Micro-Ingredient Valve will work for testing pilot conveying equipment to verify and research the pertinent ingredients and processes, dosages, and properties in a multitude of applications.

Small in size but big on features, the micro-ingredient valve comes in a choice of four materials, direct-drive arrangement, airlock, and easy installation, to name a few. For whatever application, whether it be in the food, pharmaceutical, baking, chemical or plastic industries, there are options to customize our micro-ingredient valve to your specific needs.

- High temperature designs, bearings, seals & clearances
