The Company
Big picture design and a personal stake in your success.
A family-owned rotary valve manufacturer with in-depth conveying expertise, ACS Valves builds partnerships with customers to help them succeed.
Big picture design and a personal stake in your success.
The company is built on generations of conveying knowledge.
Early in our company history, ACS Valves manufactured entire pneumatic conveying systems. We decided to specialize in rotary valves, designing our products with a comprehensive knowledge of what goes on above and below the valve.
The company is owned and operated by two generations of the Thompson family.
Founded by CEO Tom Thompson, ACS Valves is led jointly with his son and daughter, co-COO and Presidents Greg and Megan Thompson. What they do is more than just a day job – it’s their personal mission to help each customer succeed.
With our conveying system expertise, we design valves to boost the overall performance of your line.
No two ingredients are the same. Your valve is designed to optimize performance for your material and application.
Because we care about making your job easier, we work hard to deliver fast quotes, shipments, and technical support.
You can’t make high-quality valves without a team of high-quality humans.
Whether it’s the innovative minds on our design team, the certified technical skill in our machine shop, or the industry knowledge among our sales reps, we combine our greatest strengths to deliver exceptional valves. Every time.

We even have an in-house test centre, where we can emulate application-specific conditions to help specify the best rotary valve for your material.
Cast using 65% US steel, our valves have longer maintenance cycles, less seal leakage, and more precise tolerances.
When you need OSHA and NFPA compliance features, they are built into the valve design. We don’t charge you extra.
