How to convey sticky material with a blow-through
Traditional blow-through valves are ideal for pneumatic conveying, unless you’re conveying abrasive or sticky material. In those cases, blow-through valves wear out really fast.
Instead of tossing the idea of a blow-through valve entirely, ACS Valves decided to modify it.
What we ended up with was the Aero-Flow™ Feeder valve.
